Evaluate HR was founded in the wake of a proud milestone of Megan Brown, receiving the esteemed People Pioneer Award at the DACC Awards. This recognition not only celebrated Megan’s innovative and people-first approach but also sparked the vision to make these high-impact HR practices accessible to more organisations.
Building on that success, we officially launched Evaluate HR in January 2026. Today, under the leadership of Director - Megan Brown, Evaluate HR is committed to transforming the way businesses support, develop, and empower their teams.

The programme has become a cornerstone of our talent strategy, creating opportunities for young people while helping secure the future pipeline of talent for our profession.
Megan has also played a key role in developing our managers. Through training, coaching and introducing regular, structured check-ins and review meetings, she has helped embed the principles of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) throughout our business. The result is greater accountability, better communication and a stronger focus on developing our people.
Beyond day-to-day HR, Megan has been pivotal during some of the most important strategic moments in our firm's history. She supported the people aspects of acquisition due diligence, helped integrate acquired practices, and was a trusted adviser throughout the process that saw us join TC Group in February 2026. Her commercial mindset and pragmatic approach ensured that people remained at the heart of these transformational events.
Perhaps Megan's greatest contribution has been helping us build a culture where people genuinely feel valued. She benchmarked salaries to ensure fair market remuneration, championed recognition initiatives and helped create an environment where colleagues support one another and live our values every day. A particular highlight was our second annual Abacus Awards, where colleagues submitted more than 200 peer nominations to recognise one another for living our values and supporting their teammates. That represented more than double the nominations received at the inaugural event and was a powerful demonstration of the culture Megan has helped build—one where people genuinely appreciate, recognise and celebrate each other's contributions.
Evaluate HR provides far more than traditional HR support. Megan and her team help businesses create the people foundations required to grow, perform and thrive.
